1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if your item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Please note:
For hygiene, licensing, and copyright reasons, software, digital downloads, and final sale items are non-returnable. Opened software or items without original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email our support team at hi@funcheese.online with:
    • Your order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or a short video (required for defective or damaged items)
  2. Return Authorization
    Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item
    Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the parcel.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund Method
    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time
    Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refund Amount
    The product price will be refunded in full.
    Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges
    We offer exchanges for the same product if it is defective or damaged. For a different item, please complete a return and place a new order.
  • Store Credit
    In certain situations—such as returns beyond 30 days or without proof of purchase—we may offer store credit at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Items that are used, altered, missing parts, or not in resalable condition.
  • Clearance items or products marked as final sale.
