We currently ship within the United States only.

Carriers
We partner with trusted domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure dependable delivery.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check our website for future updates.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM (Noon) PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Products with special shipping notices (such as “Pre-order” or “Ships in 5 business days”) will follow the timeline stated on the product page.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times below are estimated from the shipping date, not the order date.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $50 shipped within the continental United States.
  • Orders under $50 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $5.99.
  • Expedited and Overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

5. Order Tracking & Modifications

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.
  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@glassprep.store.
    Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipment.

6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us, and our return shipping process is designed to be fair and transparent.

  • Company Error (Defective or Incorrect Item)
    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, glassprep.store will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement promptly.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges
    For returns or exchanges due to personal preference or ordering errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier. While glassprep.store is not responsible for delays or lost packages after shipment, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when necessary.
